This planned facility will be home to programs including Nursing, Surgical Technology, Anesthesia Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Clinical Research, and Occupational Therapy.

Updates

  • Construction groundbreaking began October 28, 2025. Construction is expected to complete in mid to late 2027.
  • Perimeter fencing for the new Life Sciences Building installed July 28, 2025, and Parking Lot D is now closed.
  • Perimeter fencing for the new Health Sciences Building installed July 21, 2025, and Parking Lot F is now closed.
  • Temporary pedestrian walkway construction begun July 14, 2025 and was completed on August 8, 2025.
  • Building 8 Demolition completed Friday, July 11, 2025.
